Texte I was a child

 I remember when I was a child,

Black and white were playing together,

We won't care about religion,

We don't care if you was rich or poor,

We share same games,

We share same sun,

Little kids, with cool wind in our hair,

And the life was this way so bright...

Today I wonder,

Why all this time is gone,

And in my dreams,

I'm just hearing this childhood's song:

I can still remember,

When we went to sea,

The seagull's scream,

and pink ice-cream,

And the deep blue sky,

Going nowhere in the streets,

Just like free birds flying through the night,

How could adults be so sad ?

Where are their smile ?

When people tell you,

All what you need is love,

Please answer to them,

That children give it on their own.

Could you remember too,

When I took your hand,

Just me and you,

And tall green trees,

Over deep blue sky,

Eyes of two loving children

Into the twilight,

Now, all this is past

Where have you gone ?

And I'm alone in the streets,

Wondering where our shadows have gone.

Was it a dream, was it real ?

Children have grown.

And the river always flows,

And a bird sings in my mind.

Nothing have changed in my life.

Childhood is not just a lye.

I feel that a day will come.

I hope you'll say :"I love you".

Yes, you will say :"I love you".
